Who We Are

About Omani Women's Academy

Based on the esteemed interest of Her Excellency Ayedh bint Abdullah Al Busaidiyah, may Allah protect her, in empowering Omani women across various fields, and reflecting her noble commitment to investing in human capital and focusing on training and developing Omani women to create leaders of all ages and stages, the Omani Women's Academy was established. It is the first specialized academy for Omani women in the world.

Vision

We aim to develop Omani women through training and skill enhancement based on modern scientific principles, to achieve the goal of an aware Omani woman capable of thinking, analyzing, and positively contributing to the development of her nation. This aligns with the established mechanisms and supports the vision of Oman 2040.

Message

The academy aims to empower Omani women to improve the quality of life through an integrated system of training programs, professional development, and community initiatives. It focuses on enhancing and developing the capabilities and skills of Omani women and expanding the horizons of Oman's knowledge-based economy through strategic partnerships with institutions and organizations dedicated to empowering Omani women.

The First Bundle of Programs of the Omani Women's Academy

The programs aim to invest in human capital for women, empowering Omani women to acquire leadership and mentoring skills, develop creative and innovative abilities, and enhance awareness of social responsibility and constructive dialogue.
